The only way to fully appreciate the performance of our products is to try them for yourself and with your team. With our 30-Day Risk-Free Trial, you can HOTLOGIC® products in your work space with no obligation. Factory-direct USA customers only.
Qualifying Products:
This offer only applies to the following products:
  • HL8 - Eight SmartShelves
  • HL4 - Four SmartShelves
A minimum of a 15% restocking fee will apply if the unit is damaged or has been rack-mounted. No refund will be issued if the product has significant damaged, is altered, or has been abused.
Trial Period:
The 30-day Trial Period begins when the product is delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. Returns must be shipped to HOTLOGIC® by the end of the Trial Period.

Return Policy for 30-Day Risk-Free Trial:
Products must be shipped back to HOTLOGIC® within the 30-day Trial Period, and must be in like-new condition. HOTLOGIC® will cover the cost of return shipping.
An RMA (return merchandise authorization) number, issued by our Customer Service Department, is required for all returns.
Products must be shipped to HOTLOGIC® in their original shipping carton. The RMA number needs to be clearly visible on the exterior of the packaging.
